Broken or Defective Items

Standard 14-Day Coverage
If your item arrives defective or stops working within 14 calendar days of delivery, we’ll make it right.

  • What’s covered: manufacturing defects or breakdowns within 14 days.

  • What’s not covered: damage from misuse, accidents, negligence, normal wear and tear, or any unauthorized repair/alteration.

  • What we need: your order number plus clear photos/videos showing the issue.

  • Review time: our team reviews claims within up to 3 business days.

  • Refunds: approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Credit card refunds typically appear in 5–10 business days (bank processing times vary).

  • Outside the window: claims started after 14 days or damage caused by external factors aren’t eligible for a refund.

Optional: 30-Day Warranty Shipping

If you selected the 30-day warranty shipping at checkout, you get an extended window.

  • Coverage: items broken on arrival or that fail within 30 calendar days of delivery.

  • Exclusions: same as above (misuse, accidents, negligence, unauthorized repairs, etc.).

  • Proof required: order number and photos/videos of the issue.

  • Review & refunds: reviewed within up to 3 business days; approved refunds go to the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take 5–10 business days to post.

  • After 30 days: returns started after 30 days aren’t eligible for a refund.

Common (Change-of-Mind) Returns

At Half Blood Blankets, we want you to love your purchase. If it isn’t a match, here’s how returns work for non-defective items:

Eligibility

  • You may return any product within 14 days of delivery if you’re not satisfied.

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging with tags included.

How to Start

  • Contact our customer service team within 14 days to request a return.

  • Once approved, we’ll send return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We don’t issue prepaid labels—please purchase and print your own label.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days after processing for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exceptions

  • Personalized or final-sale items may not be eligible. Check the product page for details.
